Tina found telling her story and funding difficult, confusing, and forgettable. Homeless services have a perception or being institutional and cold.

How to communicate a homeless service that allowed participants to be proud.

Tina's organization was "anti" homeless. We vowed not to use the word Homeless in it's identity.
